We are hidden between the Sugarbush Access Road and Clay Brook. A 5 minute drive, or shuttle ride, will put you at Sugarbush Resort's Lincoln Peak base area and village.

There are 2 options available for short term rental:

The House - Fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath house. Accommodations for 6. Minimum 4 night rental.

Sleeping arrangements: 1 Queen, 1 Double/Full, 2 Twin (bunkbed weight limit 120Lbs)

The Studio - Studio cottage directly on Clay Brook. Accommodations for 2. Minimum 2 night rental
