The Property is conveniently located on the Sugarbush Access Road in Warren, VT
 
We are hidden between the Sugarbush Access Road and Clay Brook.  A 5 minute drive, or shuttle ride, will put you at Sugarbush Resort's Lincoln Peak base area and village.
 
Ther are two options available for short term rental.
 
  • The House - Fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath house.  Accomodations for 6.  Minimum 4 night rental.

                    Sleeping Arrangements:  1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twin (bunkbed)

Note - Availability for the The House is limited.  Please call or email to inquire. 

  • The Studio - Studio cottage directly on Clay Brook.  Accomodations for 2.  Minimum 2 night rental.

                    Sleeping Arrangements: 1 Double
