Rates are per night and do not include VT 9% rooms & meals tax. House rental rates are for groups of 6 or less and Studio rates are double occupancy.

Payment:
We are sorry, we do not accept credit or debit cards at this time.
Payment should be cash or personal check.
Payment is due in full upon arrival.
Reservations:
Your reservation will be accepted/guaranteed with payment of a security/damage deposit equal to 1 nights rental.
Security deposit will be refunded after your departure and inspection of the property (refund check will be mailed within 3 days).
Cancellation - Deposit will be refunded at:
100% - confirmed cancellation 14 days or more prior to arrival date.
50% - 1 - 13 days prior to arrival date.
0% - on the day of arrival or no show.
Bed & bath linens are provided.
Guests are encouraged to use kitchen supplies & staples. We ask only, that if you use the last of something, please replace it.
